We are Hillary (Houser) Murphy and Elizabeth (Hanahan) Luskey (Hill and Lizzy for short) and we rarely meet a salad that we don’t like. Green salad, pasta salad, fruit salad and even the occasional congealed salad – if it ends in “salad” we’re all about it.
We both indulge our funny obsession in the San Francisco Bay Area, where we’re surrounded by amazing restaurants, the freshest produce, killer farmer’s markets and expert foodies. After years of obsessing over all things salad, we’ve decided to launch Dressings On The Side to share our favorite stand-bys and new salad adventures. We’ll share recipe ideas, salad reviews and more, with a general focus on healthy eating (with occasional indulgences of course!). We hope you’ll join in the conversation.

(This is my second attempt at posting this comment so I hope I am consistent) From a man who lived on a soup and salad diet for six months and therefore have some expertise (if not just experience), this salad will move up in my rotation as well.
